Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

There is no cancellation or refund policy as of now since we allow the customer to add their listing for three  months for  absolutely free to experience the Kristaara services

Post three  months if they would want to list their services it will be paid . There are two paid  options  of six months and twelve months  listing .

Since Kristaara is a services platform so no cancellation and refund is applicable after the listing is taken under paid category .

Refunds Policy

Refunds is not applicable as per Kristaara policies. The customer may choose to list their paid services for six months or twelve months or may take an option of three months of free listing.
